The smaller of our two holiday housings is the studio. It reaches over two floors. In the bottom floor there is a sofa corner, a dining or working table, a little but nevertheless fully equipped kitchen such as the bathroom with an open shower. In the upper floor, which is designed as a gallery with no doors is the sleeping room with a 1.60 m wide double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with everything one could need. Pans and pots, all sorts of cuttlery or crockery, colander, hand mixer, toaster raclette grill, fondue caquelon, kitchen scales, breadbasket and board, measuring jug, filter coffee pot and french press, tea pot and many more. There is always pasta and pesto, such as muesli, coffee, tea, sugar and all types of spices (salt, pepper, curcuma, nutmeg, coriander and so on) at your dispose.
In the bathroom there are always towels, toilet paper and a hair dryer ready for you.
As common in old Emmental style farmhouses, the ceilings are not very high. Therefore it is likely that you have to duck your head by passing some of the joists. The living room area has high ceilings though.
In general we have two different prices for a stay in our apartment. Sleepovers from Sunday to Thursday cost CHF 99.00 per night (not per person!), sleepovers on weekends (Friday and Saturday) such as before bank holidays cost CHF 109.00 per night. Seasonal price adjustments ar possible though.
For the final cleaning we charge a flat-rate of CHF 80.00.
For a stay longer than 7 nights, we discount 10 % on the sleepover costs.
The miminum stay is three nights. We are afraid to not be able to offer any shorter stays.
After sending a booking inquiry we will send you a confirmation including invoice within 24 hours. A partial payment of 50 % must be made within seven days (unless the start of your stay takes place earlier), in order to keep the reservation valid. The exact modalities of payment and cancellation will be displayed on the invoice.
